Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Free Delivery Free delivery applies to UK mainland deliveries only. Carriage charges will be calculated automatically outside of the UK mainland.
Shipping And Handling All UK and International shipments will be despatched by either FedEx, DHL, UPS or Royal Mail.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-5 business days . International orders are generally despatched in under 1-5 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

In the Filtration Part Number Search field above enter the part number and click "GO". This is usually found on the bottom "lid" or end cap of the filter. If you have a full assembly - housing plus filter inside - you will need to remove the filter from the housing to obtain an accurate part number. The majority of all Original Equipment Manufacturers filters can also be crossed to a direct replacement for your convenience.
